Location was close to family and the value was good. Room was clean and nice.

Since check-in, the experience has been nothing short of impressive. Check-In and Common Areas The check-in process was seamless, requiring only a $100 refundable deposit. The front desk was welcoming, and the common areas were immaculately maintained—clean, neatly arranged, and inviting. Room Cleanliness Walking through the halls, I was immediately struck by the pristine conditions. The hallways were spotless, with no visible stains or dirt. The air carried a clean bleach-water scent, which might not be everyone's favorite, but to me, it signaled thorough and proper cleaning—far preferable to lingering odors of weed or cigarettes. Perfect place for anything at Arrowhead stadium as you’re coming and going from the opposite way of all the traffic. Updated and clean. Comfortable firm yet soft bed. Bathroom was accommodating to all body types. We stayed in a single queen room it’s perfect and cozy for two people. If you have a kid a queen room may be too small. It had nice built in selfs by the window that are perfect for luggage and an open area to hang your clothes so you will not forget anything. The waffles were great at breakfast

The room was clean, the bed was okay. Breakfast was good. It was convenient to everything.

Clean facility. Staff was great and always friendly. Much better than another quality inn we stayed at previously. That one was 20 minutes from this one and a complete night and day experience. Will definitely be recommending this one to others needing to stay in the area.
